The solar panels are crafted from 0.5mm thick aluminium, featuring a vibrant, UV-resistant sublimation print that captures the original satellite's design. A 2mm aluminium rod antenna is inserted and glued into the main satellite body.

A 6-inch diameter, 6mm thick metal base provides a stable and elegant platform, featuring a beautifully etched line drawing of the Aryabhata satellite, accompanied by clearly readable technical specifications, offering a fascinating glimpse into the satellite's mission. A 5mm diameter bend rod, screwed into the base plate and glued into the satellite body, securely connects the satellite to the base, providing a dynamic display angle.
